Scar Revision for plastic surgery procedures such as:

• Breast Aug.

• Tummy Tuck

• Facial Scars from Face Lifts

• Breast Cancer Scars

• Heart Surgeries

• Burns

• And just about any scars after surgery can be Dry Needled using Collagen Induction Therapy and/ or Derma Rolling to flatten the scar as much as possible through multiple sessions (4) weeks a part until flattened.  After the scar has been flattened, we will then work on using pigment to match your skin color to camouflage the scarring.  Once again, we must be prepared to have multiple sessions until we have accomplished our goal of the revision.  It is important to be patient through the process.

 

What happens after the procedure?

You will get redness and some bruising. This will go away in about 7 - 10 days and you will see considerable difference.

Important not tolet it scab. I suggest avocado oil and vasaline to keep it lubricated. In 4 weeks you will come back to see your specialist to see where you will go from there.  Multiple sessions (4) weeks a part are often  required to get the best results. 

 

• Breast Cancer Patients must get approval from primary doctor, oncologist and plastic surgeon

• Scars must be at least a year old before any work can be done on them.
